Event Details

We would like to invite you to attend two Data Sharing events in the upcoming months:

Data Sharing Workshop 2008a:
April 18th and 19th,
SFSU Downtown Campus.

Data Sharing Summit 2:
May 15th,
Computer History Museum, Mountain View, California,
following the Internet Identity Workshop.

Following the work that was started at the first Data Sharing Summit in September, 2007, the upcoming workshop and summit will continue to address issues around interoperability between social networks.

Our mission is to provide a gathering space in which everyone can work together to build consensus around, and get adoption of, emerging data sharing standards.

As with the previous summit, which was facilitated by Kaliya Hamlin, the upcoming event will follow the open space (un)conference format. The agenda will be created by the people who attend.

Want to sponsor? You can buy a sponsor ticket. Simply select the Sponsor I ticket type, enter the amount you want to donate, and then complete the registration. Sponsorship donations start at $300.00.

After you've ordered a ticket, please add your name to the Data Sharing Summit wiki. If you have any questions, please contact Laurie Rae.

The Early Bird cut-off date for the Summit is May 11th.
